Why, hello there !

My name’s Vincent, and I am a French freelance photographer of Corsican origin, based in south of France at the moment.

I started as a Roller Derby photographer in 2012, and continued shooting this amazing sport ever since. When I’m a little tired of photographing lightning fast player in an under-lit gymnasium, I take my gear outside looking for more stable subjects. Nature is pretty OK for that.

I have always felt attracted to northern countries, especially Norway where I had the chance to live for three years. From there, I traveled the country quite a lot, chasing northern light in winter, and fjord landscape in summer. This transformed into an obsession for polar territories and every occasion is now good to travel back along the arctic circle.

Other places in the world can be pretty nice too, which is why my backpack and me travel around in more temperate areas when money and time permits it. This explains the warmer shots, even if not a lot beats losing your memory card in the snow.
